SLEEP WITH ME! THE SLEEP & MENTAL PREPARATION WORKSHOP
Many archers say that they have difficulty getting to sleep before competition and that they have difficulty with nerves on the day. It is all about mental preparation before the event, the mental shot routine during the event and mental training that creates focus and stops nerves on the day. The Sleep & Mental Preparation Workshop (Dec 2020) will feature four speakers, talking about how to prepare your archers so they get good sleep, and good results.
